A Victorian tribunal has dismissed cobalt charges against Mark Kavanagh and Danny O’Brien.

Justice Greg Garde dismissed the charges against the trainers at the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal on Friday.

Kavanagh and O’Brien had appealed respective three and four-year disqualifications they received after five horses returned positive results for cobalt in 2014.
