Wonder mare WINX will face seven opponents as she chases her 18 straight victory in Saturday’s group 2 Bob Ingham Warwick Stakes at Randwick.
“Everything has gone to plan thus far.
“I’m sure everyone gets nervous, the owners, the race club, the punting public i certainly do.
“Hugh is always the one who seems relaxed but that is just Hugh and i think he helps us all handle the pressure surrounding Winx.
“Its special every time she steps out but obviously with the race name after Mr. Ingham adds something very special for me and of course his daughter Debbie who shares in the ownership of Winx.
“Hopefully everyone can get out to Randwick and support not just Winx but racing” Chris Waller told Just Racing following the barrier draw this morning.
The WINX stakes is set to jump at 3pm sharp.
