3 INVERARARY is a 13 start maiden, but did race in 0-60 grade last start and put the writing on the wall with a close third. This looks his race and should break through here. 2 IM ANTMAN was given little hope in the run last time out, and is looking for this trip now and can improve.

Be very surprised to see 1 CASCATA ROSSA being beaten here. The speed map looks straight forward with 2 RAGGLE VARR & 4 ELSARAY on speed and 1 CASCATA ROSA getting the perfect run in behind the speed, looks the winner.

Race 3

3 FOXY AFFAIR has been good in 2 runs to date, and the step to 1350m third up looks ideal. He was a little slow away last start, settling back before rattling home late. His sectionals where good and if he settles a little closer can win here.  1 DARING DEEDS is too short in the market for a horse who should have broken its maiden by now.  Likely to be hailed the winner at some stage, but can’t get the job done, and I’m happy to be against him at this price.

Race 4

4 L’ELU resumes here having her first run for Toby Edmonds. Her trial was excellent, and ran faster time than the open trial on the day. She showed speed in her trial, and expect her to be racing on speed.  3 DOWNLOADING was good first up leading all the way at the Sunny Coast, and from the draw should find the fence first.  If the speed is over done, look for the roughie 8 BOILING flashing late into the minor money.

Race 5

It’s a difficult race to dissect here, with a host of chances in this. 1 SIR DONALD probably the class runner here, has to carry the big weight.  He was good winner in similar grade last prep, and with a clean beginning he can sit closer to the speed and is the horse to beat.  2 HIGH COST should have finished a lot closer last time at Kilcoy, and forget it went around. If he can get across into the one wide line, can be in the finish.  Thought 4 BAKER BOY could lead them up, and give a sight. Difficult race, but happy to be on 2 HIGH COST at the price.

Race 6

6 MISHANI SEEKA can either lead or sit just behind the speed form the good draw, and looks to get every chance.  7 TIME TO PLAY trialed up ok in heavy shoes, before a good first up win.  She ran comparable time to the class 2 winner on the day, and can step up to this.  They look the 2 that will fight out the race. I’m leaning toward 7 TIME TO PLAY at the price.

2 EMINENT look the class runner and the winner here.  When second up last campaign, he defeated Group 1 winner Capital Gain and multiple city winner Lady Lark and close up in the Group 3 Ken Russell & Group 1 JJ ATKINS.  First up this campaign, he closed late and just went down to last start Saturday winner AMANAAT.  Looks the best of the day.

6 PLUCKY GIRL looks to drop in class from her last few runs, and should be winning here.  From the inside J Lloyd can be where ever he needs to be, and should win.  6 NIGHT ATTIRE can get a nice run behind the speed and fight out the minor placing along with 3 ONE GOLDEN & 11 DRIVING WHEELS
