Dual Group One winner Tosen Stardom will have a final autumn campaign before beginning stallion duties at Woodside Park in Victoria.

The Japanese import, who is trained by Darren Weir, won the Group One Toorak Handicap (1600m) and Group One Emirates Stakes (2000m) during the Melbourne spring carnival.

A son of Japanese champion racehorse and sire Deep Impact, Tosen Stardom will join Woodside’s stallion roster in the spring.

Tosen Stardom has won seven of his 25 career starts and his final campaign could include races such as the C F Orr Stakes, Futurity Stakes, Australian Cup and Queen Elizabeth Stakes.
