7 LET’S GET NAUGHTI GAL has found a winnable race here, and this looks a drop in class. Will get the favors on speed around here, gets her chance.

7 KOSIOSKO EXPRESS has found a winnable maiden and had drawn to lead and win. His run first up is good enough for this, and with fitness improvement should be too good.

2 winning chances here with 9 DON’T STUTTER & 10 GYPSY’S TIP. 9 DON’T STUTTER missed the kicked last time out, before driving up to mid field, and being one paced in the straight. If he steps awkward here he cant win. 10 GYSPSY’S TIP should be fitter again here, was good first up and happy to be on EW here.

2450m for the stayers, with most of these likely to be plugging away up the straight. Happy to be on 3 SCARLETT POET here, with the weight pulls on the top weights.  She should race handy to the speed, and will be strong at the end of 2450m.

Race 5

With the step up to 1200m here and being second up, I’m expecting a big run from 5 NATCH. He should be able to settle handy to the speed from the good gate and be hard to beat. His first up run was sound, is a winner second up, and has decent form in Victorian BM65 grade.

Doesn’t look to be a lot of speed here on paper, and this gives 7 SI SI SEQAULO the chance to get an easy. He was a good winner in easier grade last time, and while this is a step up in grade, he can give a good kick around the bend and give a great sight. 1 MEHMETTO needs to put itself in the race from the gate, if he does that he can definitely win.

Perfect race for 3 SHOWUS YA DIAMONDS to resume a winner. She’s the best horse in the race, gets a lovely run here from the gate, and looks a good thing on paper.  11 BOASTING is the only other winning chance in the race, they run the QUINELLA.

2 IRON GERORGE strips fitter second up here and come off a slightly unlucky second when resuming. Expect he will bounce on the lead from the good gate and give them something to catch.  1 YABL DABL DOYA never runs a bad race here, will need to negotiate some traffic but will be steaming home late. 4 CASCATA ROSA is a winning hope also, J LLOYD’s only ride here is a pointer.
