Gold Velvet (Race 4, No. 8)

Rises in grade after a dominant win over this track/distance last start. Gold Velvet is a different horse since arriving at the Millard stable, his recent trial was very good and he should appreciate the drop in weight tonight.

Starlight (Race 8, No. 1)

Consistent galloper who got back and ran on strongly to finish fourth at this track last start. Starlight should settle closer to the speed from the good draw and I think he will have too much class for his rivals.

Value Bet

The Joy Of Giving (Race 1, No. 7)

Hasn’t shown much since arriving in Hong Kong, but I thought his last start effort was good enough to win this race tonight. He is starting to settle into the Hong Kong Lifestle now, he has drawn well and I think he is well over the odds at $13.
