HUMMA HUMMA Meeting easier opposition here and rates highly. THINE IS THE POWER Hasn’t trialled in public but in leading stable with betting best guide. BIG SUZIE not seen at public trials but good draw. Monitor betting moves. APPIAN WAY no public trials but drawn well. Keep an eye on betting.

YULONG DIASTER First-up. But was in market on debut and cannot leave out. ANOTHER BIT Looks a major player in this field. BEN HERCULES Determined on-pace win at Bendigo first-up & proven performer over this trip. CRYSTAL HELMET o public trials to go on but in good hands with in form jockey rides. Drawn to receive every chance.

Race 3

GRAND CROWN racing in top order with strong on-pace victory at Geelong at latest. LEGALE charged through to score at Ballarat at latest & will give a sight. RIVER GODDESS was good on the heavy last start and if any rain about chances will be enhanced. GOLDEN FLAG failed to threaten at Ballarat last time out but can improve on firmer surface.

HANG MAN chasing hat-trick. Reeled them in easily to salute here last outing. ROCKARRAL on pacer and boxed on to fill the minors at Bendigo last start. SURVIVED freshened, raced on pace and fought on bravely to place at Edenhope at latest. VILLARDO been working home solidly enough in recent starts. Place claims.

SCOLIARO kept working to line at Echuca last time out & will find this a bit easier. PRIA ECLIPSE racing well and showed plenty of fight here last start. Will take running down. ALMA’S ROSSA fitter for two runs back and hit the line ok here last time out. ZAMPERINI went well at Moonee Valley last start and has claims.

JANE’S ANGEL won her maiden fresh last prep and followed that up with win this track. MISS PANDANUS showed a fine turn of hoof to score convincingly at Geelong debut. SHALWA she looked like she would benefit from first-up placing and this a winnable race. JE SUIS TYCOON meeting stronger company and barrier makes this tougher.

Race 7

EDUARDO commanding on-pace winner at Moe on debut. Hard not to be impressed with what he did at first start. KING MOMBASSA went to line fairly at Ballarat last outing & has a good record over this trip. AWAKE IN GRINZING showed a handy turn of foot to place at Bendigo first-up. AL KHABEER dominant on-pace winner at Mornington on debut but this a big step up & barrier makes it difficult.

Race 8

REDEFINE crosses the Tasman off three straight wins and will not have to be a superstar to win this. HE’S A MORAL closed off well to place at Morphettville Parks last time out & drops in grade. HARD TO KISS strong win on the heavy last start and if gets similar conditions can measure up. ONSLAUGHT has had success second-up and drawn to get ideal run in this.
