OUR REGAL WARRIOR was ultra impressive winning first up for six months at only his second career start by seven lengths suggesting he is back in very good order. The worry is it was on the Geelong synthetic which has caught many of us punters previously but I think with his brilliant speed he can be very hard to beat here.
RACE 7 NO.2 ANOTHER COLDIE
I thought ANOTHER COLDIE was a little disappointing last run when third at Caulfield that being said he ran well but I just thought he was a little better horse than that. He drops back in grade here and look that run was off a three week break so maybe he needed it and with the claim for Ethan Brown he will only carry 2kg more in this easier assignment.
RACE 8 NO.7 JENNIFER LYNN
JENNIFER LYNN resumed off a ten month spell and was terrific finding the line over 1200m in a far tougher race than she meets here this afternoon. She has won four races in her career and three of them have come at today’s journey of 1400m. Hopefully with Murt The Flirt and Red Is The Rose engaged the speed should be reasonably solid and it will enable Jennifer Lynn to find a nice spot and then have her chance to run over them.
