Amphitrite has continued an unbeaten spring campaign to win the Group One Thousand Guineas at Caulfield.

Coming from last of the 15 runners, Amphitrite unwound as the deepest challenger in the straight to cap a meteoric rise for trainer Darren Weir.

In posting her fourth successive win, Amphitrite gave jockey Craig Williams three of the first six races on Guineas day in beating Fundamentalist and Seabrook.
