AL GALAYEL comes through a strong race at Flemington over the carnival and looks well placed here especially with the speed having him sitting second or third in a stalking ole behind Our Big Mike. He hasn’t past 1800m and this is 2000m but when he failed at the trip up in Sydney he led and went too keenly so with a bunny I have no doubt he will relish the 2000m around the Valley.

UNIQUE LOVELY looks great each way value here especially from gate one where she should be probably three back the paint getting a soft run. The pressure should go on early and although we will be holding our breath if she gets the gaps when required she will dash quickly especially with a light weight after the claim for Lachlan King.
