FLYING LEGEND looks to have come a lot stronger and ready to show his true worth following a 15 week break. His first two career runs were ok both being on rain affected going. His recent trial at Randwick was outstanding when covering ground and never being let go by Kerrin McEvoy when hitting the line alongside others being ridden along. He seems great value this afternoon with my only reservation being the 1100m as I’d be begging and borrowing if it was 1200m or even 1300m. That said from gate one and I nice tempo I am banking on his quality getting him home.

RACE 3                        NO.5                BRING THE MAGIC

BRING THE MAGIC has only won the once but today should be number two and many more to come. She looks a promising filly to my eye and now with two back this preparation she should be ready to fire on all cylinders. It’s only a small field but there looks a good genuine tempo on paper and if that eventuates she should be able to round them up.
