TRAPEZE ARTIST is a high class colt and after being disappointing first up in the Expressway stakes he turns up today to show his worth. His second up record is four goes for four pretty disappointing efforts before he bounces back third up with a good run. Since his first up effort trainer Gerald Ryan has trialled him twice and his done plenty of work so he and we are hoping today is more like third up. Fingers crossed we see the real Trapeze Artist this afternoon.

SWEET SCANDAL won two on the trot before having a month’s break and being most unlucky when slow away and settling back in the field. She found the line terrific in what was a solid run behind Alassio. Following Alassio winning that race the group 3 Triscay Stakes she was able to win last week in the group 2 Guy Walter proving the strength on the form. If Sweet Scandal jumps and finds the front today she’ll be hard to beat. Spright is my biggest concern is sure to be coming hard late.
